Maintenance staff

Main Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Correctly complete maintenance records to ensure traceability in production operations, complying with GMP regulations.
• Propose improvements aimed at improving quality, cost, performance, time and safety of workers and the environment.
• Maintain the facilities in perfect state of conservation, operating according to the manuals provided by the manufacturer.
• Comply with the plant's annual maintenance plan to ensure the correct operation of the equipment.
• Fulfill the control records of the maintenance and production equipment as well as the necessary records to obtain the control indicators of the department marked by the Head of Maintenance, use and validation logbooks.
• Write the SOP's for the department assigned by the Head of Maintenance.
• Perform corrective maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• To carry out the functions assigned and for which training has been received, of the job position.

Assessment criteria:

Education

• Higher Level Training Cycle in Mechanics, Electronics, Electromechanics o Electrical.
• GMP training is valued but not essential.

Languages

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Basic English level (B1) to be able to understand the user manuals.

At least 2 years of experience in/with

• Industrial maintenance.
• Biopharmaceutical or biotech sector.
• GMP environments.

Other requirements

• Open to work in shifts.
